Our outstanding support staff is trained and responsive and highly committed to your success. Our can-do attitude makes all the difference when the pressure is on. When you contact Conuity support about a problem, we make sure you have visibility to the resolution, via documentation and education.

At Conuity we understand what you’re up against, and we know the importance of
being there when you need us. That is why we put as much effort into software support
as we do into software development. Sharing new information, being responsive to
change, and working through problems and solutions together are part of our service
responsibility in providing a reliable, comprehensive support program.

You must have a current support agreement with Conuity to obtain support services. Conuity automatically sends you a support renewal order confirmation before the end of your current support agreement, along with information about any changes to the plan or new options being offered at that time. If a support contract lapses, or if you do not take support when a licence is first issued, Conuity will charge a reinstatement fee in accordance with the policies in place at that time.
